Not seen one for a while, the last ones they had up didn't include pads.

Doubt you'll see one, like everyone else they probably can't keep up with demand so why make that worse by doing a discount code? All that'd do is make their stock issues worse and make them less money

Are the pads any good then? We need some for our bikes.

I like race matrix pads, seem to last ok, not noisy, easy to bed in, reliable and plenty of, er, friction.
Be sure to buy 4 sets for a bit of discount.

Then again I was happy with Superstar pads until the Great Delamination batch, really made the trails come alive!

This.

(BTW, transformed my do-it-all drop bar gravel thing from shonky cable brakes to yep, they work.

I emailed them at Christmas to ask if they were doing a code. I usually get an email around a bank holiday and stock up with pads. They replied and said due to limited stock etc they wouldn't be doing a code any time soon.

I had a chat with my LBS and they got me a box of 10 pairs they use in the workshop with no packaging for not much more.

Havent used them yet so no idea what they are like. Always been happy with uberbike sintered pads before.

Thanks guys and gal, does make sense I guess with a lack of supply and high demand.

Thanks for replying though.👍

They haven't done a code since before the first lock down. I was waiting for one. Still good value at full price.

Are Race Matrix still good? I read ages back they had a few problems with them for a while.

They've always been great for me but I've run out of my spares.😁

Never had a problem with Race Matrix pads. Have been using them for years. All-year round Peak mud to weeks in the Alps.

Still got a few sets left for the Saints and REs but the deal on for sets is still good without the discount.

I have a few sets of XT ones but don't have any XT brakes now. Should get round to selling them on once I find time.

Thanks Tracey, I might be imaging the post I read about them not being as good as in the past.

I'll get the Guide RM ones ordered.👍
