Hi everyone
I am looking for a really fast, short travel, xc racing/trail bike, for local blasts around the local woods, and occ not too serious races, and I am a big fan of my HL 5 spot.
I understand the last of the HL flux bikes had 3 inches of rear travel, large turners fit me perfectly and I love the ease of bushing servicing/greasing. I appreciate finding one isn't going to be that easy but if there are owner out there who could feed back reg their views on the bike that would be great. Don't want as much as 100/105mm so a newer flux wouldn't be as suitable.
I've had a couple. the travel is actually 100mm in the rear. you may be thinking of the turner burner? that had less travel, very similar bike but a bit heavier, had one of those too, nice bike. I find the BB a little low on the burner and flux thou.
According to the turner catalogue the 2005MY has 3 inches, and the nitrous 2005MY 4, was this a printing error?
I had a 08 flux and now have a 2010 dw flux, the 08 was very light and more of a race bike. The dw is more sturdy, still fast but a better trail bike, both not hl frames but i have rode a few hl fluxes they all ride great.

yes, I think must be a typo, as the nitrous was the out and out race bike from that generation I seem to remember
