Hi

After real life range experiences and how easy it is to get the battery in/out when it’s muddy (seems to be ok, 2 bolts and a bit of connector pulling/wiggling).

Slow xc dodderer in Oxfordshire not very alps, on my 700w levo I probably do 10-20% off, 40-50% low, 10-25 med and 0-10% boost, on a good summer day (dry, fast rolling tyres), 45 miles on 30-40%ish of 700w. In winter it’s more like 25-30 miles but same battery usage (using motor much more as draggy mud tyres and slop), but exe would be mainly summer bike as I’m not sure it will have the winter range.

What sort of range are you getting (on not too hilly xc type routes)

Ta

Ive had one for over a year now.

The battery is easy to remove, just two bolts and the connector to release.

Range is difficult to answer as it varies so much depending on the rider, the terrain, the speed you ride at and the settings of each mode of the motor. some examples of raneg that I have seen.

Shortest range = ~2000 feet of climbing over ~10 miles - this in max mode with everything set to max really pedalling hard, probably averaging 10.5mph. A hilly short ride in the peak district

Longest range = ~5000 feet of climbing over 25-30 ish miles - using min mode turned down to 40% assist with a max assist power of 65watts, going at normal mtb speeds of ~6.5mph average. A hilly long ride in the peak district , a whole load of effort, doesnt feel much easier than a normal bike, but must be really.

Typical range = ~3000 feet of climbing over 18-20 miles - using a combination of eco, mid, max, average speed probably 9mph.
