Advice please on a vented roof idea.
I am on with building a Gazebo at the bottom of my garden.
Its basically a 10ft square frame with a sloping roof. Problem being both sides and back are against fences with the front open.
Its facing West and I recon at some point it will become a Kite and rip itself from the anchor bolts.
My idea was to fit some 4 to 0" sloping roof spars for the front 8x4 sheets and have a 12" overlap for the rear sheets to allow the wind to escape.

Can you have a aymetric ridge? Just say 600 mm to 1000mm at the front sloping down to stop the kyte effect.
