I'm staying over again and haven't booked a hotel yet so am flexible but would like to get out.

South Wales is quite big. Whereabouts are you going to be? Does the 'not motorised' comment refer to the bike or your mode of travel to the area?

Risca riders set off from prince of Wales pub in Risca around 6ish usually.
