I can't really think of one tbh
I have a flatbar tiagra set up with 100mm 135mm qr 29er wheels

I guess the only issue may be the crankset? You'll need to have a 68mm shell and I guess you'll
also need to check the chainring clearance.
Other than that it should work, not sure why you'd want to, is it for a commuter bike?

I have a boardman flatbar hybrid and I was debating swapping over the bits to a lightish mtb frameset as the boardman feels a bit unstable to me at speed
I could always find a budget flatbar tourer frameset in the sales. Seen a salsa marrakesh but it apparently weighs the same as the sun
