I make use of the back pockets as I don't like riding with a camelback. However all the Jerseys which have back pockets all look VERY Road. Very bright, tight fitting, stand out and look like what you'd wear on a Road Race.
I've found plenty of MTB Jerseys which look more like a normal top but they never have back pockets! Like this, which I currently own, I like the way it looks but the lack of pockets makes it unsuitable for some rides which I want to do without a backpack:

Anyone know any links to MTB Jerseys with back pockets but look more casual than the Road type Jerseys which normally have them?
Have a look st the sportful giara range. But for the pockets to not be annoying it has to be fairly close cut.
I got some Giro New Road t shirts. Kind of Merino wool round neck t shirts with roadie pockets.
Have a look at the Specialized SWAT or Raceface Stash bibs and vests. Adds pockets to the base layer. Some can take a bladder. I have a pair of 7idp bib shorts with pockets and armour, also a Morvelo Covert base layer with pockets.
Wear them with a Sombrio check shirt which just looks like normal clothes.
Having a small bag on the bike works too.
I’ve got a couple of Fox and Troy lee ones. And a royal and decathlon one which have zipped back pockets.
They’ve got to be fairly close fitting as baggy tops won’t work with back pockets you’ll just loose stuff and it will clang around.
Worth having a look at the Aussie True Grit stuff; they've got a sale on at the moment. The flint trail jersey might suit ...

I've just got the thermal gilet which could be an option over a more regular MTB jersey, slightly looser fit than road fit, and stretches nicely around your body shape.
Endura Humvee has back pockets.
Yeah, Endura will have something.
An alternative would be some of the bibshorts/bibliners with rear pockets. The RaceFace ones have pockets hanging over the waistband of your shorts and any jersey just hangs over them.
I have a pair of Madison flux capacity bib shorts with 3 pockets on the back , they work fine . Just like the pockets on a roadie jersey but you can wear a normal mtb jersey over them
I've had a couple from Dakine and TLD but unless they are close to a roadie fit they just feel like the stuff is bouncing about and note very comfortable. I like the morvelo RAD shorts, pockets are good enough for a tool, CO2, tyre lever and tube along with the car key and a couple of bars.
Have you thought about on bike storage for a couple of the bulky things?
You can add Nukeproof and (iirc) Madison to the list of clothing brands that now do bibs with pockets (I have Specialized and RaceFace one and really like the idea)
sombrio do some
