Hi.

Group of 4/5 of us going to Morzine in June for a long weekends riding.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas /recommendations on where to stay? Looking for something slightly more upmarket.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Damien

Try RidersRetreat - we had a really nice appt from them. Underground secure parking/bike storage too. Would go back.

Second for Rider's Retreat. Very good accommodation to the extent that the place I stayed in in Morzine is a premium price chalet in the winter.

Just as an alternative check out www.forevermorzine.co.uk

Stayed with them last year for a few days riding and watching TdF. Top guys who are very much into cycling and can therefore help you make the most of your time.

RideMorzine gets my vote. Phil has been out there years and runs some really nice chalets. Knows the place well (summer and winter) and will look after you well. Garages all kitted out with bike tools etc too 😆

SkiBlueRidge in Les Gets - a 5/10 min roll downhill to Morzine or 3 mins to Les Gets lift system. Nice chalet, friendly owners. They run transfer service to which you can also use if you are not staying with them.

Grand Tetras hotel in Morzine, two-star simple. Close to bridge over valley and that bar at bottom of hill popular with mtb-ers, secure bike store. Parking a bit limited.

We stayed at a Rude Chalet place, it's a 15min ride out of Morzine.

Very nice though, but the hot tub wasn't fired up.
