Just wondering how the orange sub5/five frame angles have changed over the years.
The current 5 is 67? head and 73? seat.

Sub 5 wouldn't take anything over a 100mm fork.

I had an orange sub 5 years back and got some 100-120 Manitou Black forks on the frame. It was Ok at 100 but handled like a boat at 120mm by flopping into corners.

Frame was designed for 80mm forks originally because that was what was around in them days.

Don't know about head angles but I suspect the sub 5 had a slack head angle to suit shot travel forks, compared to a more modern "5" that can handle longer forks.
