I've heard that there is lots of "parkland" in that area - best watch out for the security guards if out on a cheeky night ride. Might be an old codger lurking around as well - he would have been sent outside by his misses, probably muttering something about slitty ey.....
Wouldn't take long to drive to Swinley from there.
You can get away with some stuff in the great park as long as it's not a busy time, and I have discovered a few short sections of singletrack around the Englefield Green abd Virginia Water areas, some of which could benefit from a bit of ...ahem... [i]developing[/i] if you're interested.
