Looking for something in excess of 700mm for my singlespeed build.

Have a look at Carbon Cycles, they do a 750mm flat bar for £60. I've one of their seatpost which seems good and I'll be buying the flat bar at some point.

How flat is flat? Many risers are practically flat or very low rise.
Not an amazing bargain, but got the regular Easton Havoc 750 31.8 low-rise bars for £80 from Merlin this week.
The best deals I've found on carbon bars though come around Christmas. Got some half price.
