Looking for a set of disc brakes, don't need rotors, but have a budget of up to about £70 for the pair.

What's best out there?

Nik, you into Formula brakes? I'll have a brand new set of C1s for sale next week for 50 quid. New bike and I'm keen to keep my shimano's as I've been using them for a year and got used to them now.

well. I do work as part of a cycle co-operative and we have a Madison account. Normally Madison's non stockist trade, plus vat is more pricey than online shops so I don't tend to bother, but they have an offer on at the moment, which is reflected in Merlins cheapness.

I bought a set of Acera hydraulics from CRC for £33. They're old model Deores that have been re-branded.
