Starting a 3 week sentence at HMP Tulliallan next week. If there's any decent riding to be had of an evening I'll take my bike.
There's the coastal path which you can pick up just next to Kincardine bridge which is a nice ride on a sunny evening. Stop at the Red Lion Inn in Culross for a nice pint on the way back. Also Devilla forest. There's a track from the back of Kincardie going up into the woods and loads of official and unofficial trails.
The Ochils are not far away.
