Hi Chaps,

Does anyone know of any deals on frames at the moment, I've seen the Titus and Nukepoof frames at good prices... is there anything else at the 140/150 travel about?

Moving to Scotland in 5 days, and now don't have a bike to ride, with a week off! Rubbish indeed!

Cheers

Ricks

I'm in a similar market at the moment, and don't believe there's anything else new worth considering at that price point...

Second hand market has a few interesting things if you're not too fussed about new.

Was in the same boat but decided the Mega was probably too much bike for me and the Titus was too ugly/unable to get a test ride etc.

So stuck with my Blur 4X.

629 is a hell of a price for a mega frame compared to over 800 just a few weeks ago

Nearly 2k was a ridiculous price for those, in my opinion massively inflated with no real reason to charge that much. 1k also seems a bit expensive....

What happened to the Turner? That gone has it?

Anyway, the Titus are supposed to be very good, but I'd be tempted by the Stumpy EVO if you can find one in your size, or even a Pitch. Both incredible bikes for what they are, couldn't believe how good until I had a quick spin on one!

i've ridden a Pitch, and found it a bit of a sofa.. i.e. comfy but bit dull. hoping the Guapo (when i finally get it together) will have more life to it. it may be very similar. specialised are a bit common round here 😉 but yeah, spesh are solid bikes and those bikescene prices are fair.
