More do-it-all trail/commute tyres. Not landcruisers - something lighter if possible but still tough

I recently got hold if some Rocket Ron cross tyres in 35mm from bikes.de for £11 each (they are £40 here)....brilliant!

Ive found plenty of deals on Schwalbe tyres at Halfords in the past. Worth a look

jimmy - they look like a less grippy land cruiser, so I'm out. Would be good for 90/10 road/off road sort of commute I guess.
Living in the Lakes, my alternative commutes can take in rocks/steep grass/fell side, so more grip ideally needed.
