Looking at the Canyon inflite for racing - any feedback from owners. Specifically the size, as the inseam measurements are suggesting a 54 which would be unusual for me (always a 56 on road or cross), but then the frame is slightly unorthodox.
Be good to hear owner's views on how it rides, whether it brings out your inner vdP or dCA.

Other one on my mind is the superX as I've raced CAADX's and like them, but the asymmetric rear end isn't that appealing with the wheel dish.

Are they shipping to the UK at the moment? I love my super-x(2015 version) but feel slightly between sizes, the dish is only 6mm or so isn't it so any LBS should be able to sort surely?

They're not at the moment - I'm planning ahead for the 2023 season lol.

If I decide on one I'd like to get one ordered, it could take ages and I'd ride it pre-season plenty anyhow.
No prob with making the wheel dish on the superX, just the idea of a dedicated rear wheel isn't fantastic IMHO. Hardly a show-stopper though.

I love the look of the inflite but am currently looking at a cube ... AXS force 12 1x carbon bars wheels and post for 3.5k seems great value for when NWCX restarts!

Have both - use the Inflite for racing and like it a lot

Also used the SuperX for racing and again liked it a lot

But where the SuperX really shines for me is that it can treble up - great CX race bike but also a brilliant ‘gravel’ bike with scope for 700 x 40s or 650 x 42 ( might go bigger but I haven’t tried) and I’ve also used it for bike packing

Yes the dished rear wheel is a pain, especially if swooping wheels between bike, but I just got 2 sets in the end.

If I only had to have one of them, it’d be the Super X

And re sizing - I’m 5’8

SuperX is a 54 and fits perfectly

Inflite is a Small - Canyon sizing recommended an XS but fit didn’t feel right for me so I changed it to a Small and find that a much better fit

Have a word with Paul Colling in our cat. He's got one. Doesn't do to badly on it 😉

Thks all, thinking I would go with the 56 as I've always preferred to size up when it is close.

@BenjiM pretty sure I lined up next to PC a couple of times last month and completely failed to notice his bike. Must be my laser-like focus on the start line...
