New or used...
I spotted Superstar have wtb i19 or i23 on their own hubs for £144
or their road type i19 arc ultra rim for £150
135/100 qr (or convertible)
This is for my gravel bike, wanting to stick 43mm tyres on, current 14mm rims are too narrow at 14mm internal (halo aerorage).
Superstar did have a deal on that had some 23mm rims on novatec hubs priced at 100 quid and using code 2020 took them down to 65. Not sure if they still have it
Edit.. Just checked and only have boost wheels left
Gah always 10 mins too late...
See if you can find some DT Swiss R23s. Excellent wheels - light, strong and reliable. Have been out for about 5 years and considered a little too narrow for modern gravel bikes, so you might get a deal on some.
Bike Discount De are normally cheap for wheels
I saw these on eBay. £100 novatech hubs magic mavic rims......

If you're anywhere within travelling distance of kettering then I have a pair of the blue superstar rims that I delaced and re used the hubs from.
They're from the above wheels I mentioned when I picked a pair up last year
No cost to you if it helps
I've got the disc wheels that came on my Genesis CdF going spare if they're any good?
Alex rims with 19mm id and shimano 525 hubs.
Can do them cheap and probably find a box to post?
29er Stan's arch x on hope evo hubs with decent tyres. 135qr and 100x15 non boost. Ton fifty.
