I've tried the find a stockist part of the Assos website and for Scotland it is only coming up with Velo Ecosse in Edinburgh. Surely there is more than one place in Scotland who sells the stuff?

Velo Ecosse have a good selection, bought a couple of Assos things from there in the past. Good prices too.
