Had this in the offing for a while. Have been collecting bits as and when they come up at decent(ish) prices. Got the Lyriks for £200 off - only reason I could see was they were 150mm, but I’ve converted them to 160 anyway. The original bike was a 170, but I had been running the forks at 180. With 160 and the bigger front wheel the geo doesn’t feel too radically different. Got the front wheel from Whyte themselves in the end - it’s off an S150 and one of the flashes was a different colour, but I manage to match the rear by respraying that one with my airbrush.
First impression based on short local rides is that it rides great! Overall v happy and cheaper than a new bike!
