The 456 was a heavier tubed inbred, I think possibly a slightly slacker head angle, cant quite remember. I had one of these frames for my daughters and it did them well, used it with 100 and 120mm forks.

No but yes.

The 456 is an excellent bike - they are slacker but that actually works better for a kids bike as the seat tube is shorter. They were designed to run 100-140mm forks (4,5,6 inches).

Hadn't realised the 456 is heavier than an Inbred - don't let that put you off.

Note: I run a 20" Inbred (my third!) and my son, H, has a 456 (age 12, size medium).

Say an XS inbred on pinkbike a week ago. Sadly sold before I could get my hands on it.

I was going to build same for my lad, but ended up getting a XS bluepig. 26" wheels which I had anyway, but has a 1.5" headtube so can take a tapered steerer fork. Managed to get a Small bluepig recently which most of the parts will get transferred to for him this summer.

He's been borrowing my small 456 sometimes which he gets On pretty well with too, but it is a bit heavier than the pig

I loved my Inbred's but never got on with the 456 were as a couple of mates were the other way around. But I'm more XC where they are more into their jumps and dh.
