sity trail. It's IGN's app. You might have to py, although there might be a free trial. It changes all the time. You can download the tiles so you don't need to be online. GPS postioning and I think it does traces.

I've seen some tutorials for loading your own map data into Oruxmaps (after extracting IGN images from geoportail.fr)
Seems a faff though - OpenCycleMaps for France are free on Viewranger so I use those.
As above, OSM works well for me in France and is obviously free.
Shame that Open Cycle Maps dont show lift stations, pretty good otherwise.
