Looks a tidy build apart from the cables - why would you not even shorten the gear cable?
It'd probably only cost then about £20 to get the brake hoses shortened at an LBS.
He probably swaps the brakes over to his Gnarcisist now and then....
Not to mention the VALVE-TYRE LOGO ALIGNMENT!!!!!!
