i had a nice ride to caerphlly castle this morning from cardiff bay and back, what was amazing, was not that ive recently been in hospital, with blood clots to both lungs, and i found the ride easy, but that i pulled a half inch roofing tack, out of my front tyre, and no puncture, these specialised hemisphere armadillo tyres are amazing, it was almost all the way in aswell.
