I am a bit skint at the moment and cannot justify two bikes, I have a Yeti 575 and a Van Nicholas Zion Ti HT, both are built up pretty light with good parts. I am living in surrey at the moment (from up north) and the terrain around here is not really 6" trail bike territory, only get to wales etc once every two or three months, will probably move home before the year is out.
I have the Yeti for sale at the moment but I just wonder is that the right bike to sell. I need to sell one and I am sure they are worth similar money. I suppose the Yeti can be used on a daily basis like the Zion is now.
If they were yours, which would you sell?
On the builds of each- which is your fave? Do you prefer the forks of one over the other?
I just sold my 575, so there's your answer.
Ebay will get you the best price, BTW.
🙂
I supose I am thinking the Van Nic is a better all rounder than the Yeti
Which are you happiest with for its purpose?
Chances are you'll want to buy another bike in a while, so which do you think you're most likely to want to change in the long run?
Or... which will lose more value if you keep it? Probably the Yeti as more of the new models are sold, I'd say.
But perhaps you shouldn't flog the 575 - after all, I'm putting mine on ebay shortly and we could be in competition.
I had the Zion at Glentress on saturday and whilst I missed out ewok village, I think it was just as enjoyable as if I would have taken the Yeti.
