Found this Moulton bike on Ebay. Is it really worth that amount or am I missing something?
no;

My Audi wasn't even that much, not even with my carbon am full suss on top.
Looking at the sellers 0 feedback and the bids, I suspect there's been some sort of campaign to kill the auction for some reason

I hope it's white.... if not this is not the place for you.
That's what I was thinking. Maybe stolen and the owner is trying to stop it, or maybe it is the result of an internet arguement spiralling out of controlsome sort of campaign to kill the auction for some reason
Two words : hideous rubbish
the listing fees are going to be quite high 😉
I don't even think its worth £16,500 either. I can't see how any bike could be worth that.
Not even a one off custom made Yo Eddy!
Up to over £100k now!! WTF??????
it's over £100k now...
is there a big bag of coke in that bag ? 😯
it does seem like a genuine ad (albeit no feedback), which is a shame if people are trying to destroy it for the seller.
your chance to get hold of the ultimate in cycling at a little price.
yes, quite.
The pic was taken at Putney. 🙂
If you look in the bidding history, the £100k bid was placed a few days ago.
got to be a fake auction. I hope....

I thought that and it is odd as the seller claims to be in Ayrshire.

A few more - one of the greatest bike designs out there. Not for everyone and visually challenging to many, but any book on bike design needs to inclue the Moulton.
Worth 100k? To many wealthy collecters in Japan (for ex), perhaps? They go for 15k + new. Good design tends to attract passionate owners, some of whom will be minted. Same as art, furniture etc. This isn't a relatively generic mass-produced bike afterall.
