I know the 303s gained a bad reputation for cracking. What's the situation on the 305s. Perhaps previous rep putting people off ?

Inless you have all the parts to build it up its a very costly way to build a bike these days.Plus the mountain bike market is pretty dead these days. Not much help i know.Looks nice frame.

IME second hand frames only sell when they're cheap, because(as already stated)parts can be costly.I generally only ever buy frames & I wouldn't be looking at paying anywhere near that tbh....
But that's just me,it might be just what somebody else is looking for....

I'm still running a 303 and yours looks mint, but imo probably £100 too dear, looks in great condition though, and they're amazing frames.

I own one and I like the ride but yes, I'd say that's too much. I was recently offered a 5 spot delivered for only £30 more.

BTW, the bolt through rear end never happened on those (id love to be proven wrong on that).

No idea, but sure worth taking the hit on eBay?

This wise lot understand costs of building etc, but you never know when someone will do a search for your frame on eBay. For a 30 day listing on a BIN price, 40p is worth it for the 10% fee hit (I think, might be 13% for BIN) unless you're in a rush to sell, in which case I will give you asking price if you throw in park stand, pedal bin and chest of drawers 😀

I looked at your advert - Nice frame, and I reckon its not too dear...
But, it's an alloy hardtail, which don't seem to be the flavour of the month at the moment.
If you have the spare bits already, chances are they are old, used parts from upgrades etc. which don't warrant spending loads on a frame. If you are building with new parts, a new hardtail frame (with warranty etc) are not too expensive in the whole cost of building a bike.

Go one then i'll throw in the pedal bin as well
You don't drive too hard a deal as you never asked for me lids and bike fetling music box.... 😉
So do you reckon one and a half is about right.?

Another man's helmet should be his own.

You ommited park stand; I need a park stand in my life 😀

I reckon £150 is stupid money, even though I don't know current values of your model, it's a Pace FFS. Obviously, my nostalgia rules sense, but there are way more on eBay that will ALLOW nostalgia to take over.

Sell me your park stand.

It will sell for more than you think non ebay. I always thought stw had a big draw but compared to eBay it's a pee in the ocean. Just stick it on and be surprised!
