I use to use SIS Go, without issue, until SITS last year when I ended up with heartburn for around a week afterwards, only used it once since and a mild touch of heartburn again. Now I'm entered again this year and wondered if gels and water would do the job or for 24hrs solo a drink is better. Especially if it's hot. Any thoughts?
