Katie's been riding these for years but Selle no longer seem to make it.
Hers has a large cut out and is 143mm wide.
The current "lady gel flow" is either 130 or 152mm wide but has a small cut out. The Diva Gel flow has the large cutout but is 152mm wide (might work but that's definitely a size up).
What are other ladies riding that might be worth a try?
My wife has been very impressed with this cheap Brand-X saddle from Chain Reaction. It's not overly light or indeed overly flash but it fits her derriere a treat. Cheap enough to try without worrying that it won't fit too.
Bump on this. Any more suggestions? (selle Italia have come back suggesting the SLR max flow - women's saddles are largely marketing after all.
I always found women's specialised to be very comfortable, only reason I don't use them now is I ride enough to be pretty much immune to a sore bum!
I tend to ride quite narrow saddles - Fabric Scoop is 142mm - very happily. The flatter versions seem to be more comfortable - very curved / bulbous ones tend to be less so.
Had a bike fit and they didn't change it.
Fabric do wider saddles as well (the Cell) and are bringing out a 155mm version of the Scoop with a shorter nose intended for women. TBH I am not sure about this intended for women thing - I've not yet found a WS saddle that I've liked better than the Scoop.
My OH has a Ti railed one that she rode once and didnt like. Would you like me to measure it if you are interested?
I was going to say the Diva Gel Flow is very similar but you have that covered.
Similar but wider. The men's one looks like the immediate answer. Expensive though.
Clover - cutout is key
Brendon- do you have a model/pic?
mrs antigee likes her replacement specialized much more than the one that came with the bike, they do quite a range - think specialized shops have some sort of try it out service or they do here in Aus'
Our Road bikes came with Specialized saddles I think around the time they launched their body geometry range. Both of us found them by far the most uncomfortable saddle we'd ever ridden (of the right sort of style/width for us). Has put me off ever trying them again but all the other Specialized I've had has been well designed - maybe should give them another go.
Can't recall if there are any suggestion on this thread
Mrs S uses Devas.
Stockpiled a few non cutout ones when Merlin were selling them off cheap.
On the last one now.
Does the cutout make a big difference for people?
Lesley pretty much only rides fi'zik saddles now - both on and off road.
Can't recall if there are any suggestion on this thread
Thanks. Proves diff-rent strokes etc. Selle SLK lasted one ride for Katie.

Yes. for some.
Selle SMP, the cut out is longer than the Diva, so doesn't press on anything, all other saddles we tried were just too painful.
