Hello All,
Before I click on the buy button I was wondering if there any alternatives to either the following

matt fixie frame

gloss fixie

Intended purpose is winter riding with mudguards and commuting. Got a Spesh Tricross single at mo which is falling to bits.

Cheers in advance.

Plus matt or gloss?

What size are you? I've got a v. nice Fixie Inc Peacemaker that I've just had powdercoated at Armortex I'd like to sell. 52cm.

If that's of no interest, the Dolan looks good - definitely in matt black.

Not much as frame only. The Dolan FXE shares the same geometry as the Pre Cursa. It's a great road bike frame. I think it will be faster handling than your Tricross, with a 73 degree head angle. I planned to swap forks in my Pre Cursa to run a front brake only over the summer. But Teen1 has snapped it up for track duties! What is the rear spacing of the Tricross (assuming you want to use 120 mm rear wheels)?

I like the matt one. Langster is an option as a full bike, Paddy Wagon or Condor for steel, Pearson Cartouche for carbon if still available. Custom for titanium. None are as good value as the Dolan.
