Having bought an original Sram charger I was disappointed to find that it required micro usb cable. I was considering modifying this by replacing the micro usb connector for a usb-c one instead.
Then I found and bought one of these branded 'e-bike' chargers...

Seems to have everything I'd want. Dual battery charger, usb-c connector, intuitive LEDs, plus I can add internally a 18500 battery (which I've just bought) so that the AXS batteries can charge directly from that instead of being tethered to a USB charger. This is switched on or off by a button. Seems ideal for ultra racing, audaxing, etc. The unit is exactly twice the size of the original even accounting for the extra feature of internal battery charging.
I received it today and it's pretty good quality. Very similar to the original. I'd already charged the three batteries that I have to full using the original Sram charger. Having put each one into this 'e-bike' it promptly registers them as full, which is good.
Not having completed my conversion to AXS from Shimano cable on my existing bike yet I'm wondering if anyone else has tried one of these chargers and has a long term opinion of them.
Seems they make AXS batteries too.
I lost my second axs dock, this looks good for trips. Thanks for the info.
Where did you order from? My google-fu, searching on variations of e-bike, axs, charger, etc returning nothing useful.

How often do AXS batteries need recharging?
I need to do mine every 3-4 months...riding about 4 times a week about 2 hours each and a longer weekend ride (which meant closer to 3 months when I was doing those).
GX AXS here, riding every day. Tend to charge it every 3 weeks when the light gets to solid red. Never ran it into flashing red yet.
So unlikely to need a charger on an Audax then?
No experience of the charger I’m afraid but I do have one of the batteries as I couldn’t find a Sram one for toffee.
Neither my post or GX mech have caught fire which is a bonus, only small niggle is it doesn’t fit quite as tightly as the genuine one.
Doesn’t seem to need charging any more often than the Sram one.
