As you can see the perpetrator clearly has drop bars and on such a gnarly stretch of canal it must be a gnarmac bike, so is surely someone on here.

You see I don't understand that... As a dog owner I can be charged for not keeping my dog under control - this would include having the sense not to take my dog somewhere that would likely cause the dog to become less controlled eg. A field full of sheep.
Yet horsists get to moan about the fact that their half ton lumps of value ready meal are spooked by cars, motorcycles, bicycles, plastic bags in hedges and a whole variety of other random nothings and the consequences of half a ton of meat thrashing about uncontrollably are considerably higher.
I came across a horseist that couldn't get the horse to walk past a litter bin the other day. I had to stand in front of the bin to hide it so the horseist could carry on.
