Hi I’m looking for a alloy hardtail frame, at the mo I’m looking at the Ns eccentric, ragley big al and maybe a scout anyone kind to give opinions on these frames

what are your buying criteria? All worthy frames in their own right, but subtle differences here and there can make a difference.
Just as an aside (and can't believe I'm saying this, but...), have you considered the On One Scandal? Same geometry as the Titus Zestar, just made of ally not Ti...
