I wouldn't use one for cyclocross personally, too many tough remounts.
As with so much on AliExpress there are so many retailers it's hard to conclusively say. Do your research, buy from a reputable company and it'll almost certainly be fine.

They are definitely saddles. Most are unbranded, so no, not fake. Some have Selle San Marco or Fizik decals, so yes, some are. With thousands of items for sale though it's a sweeping generalisation
