Anyone know of a bikeshop that can service an Alfine 8-speed hub for me. Either in the North-east or North-West of England.

You should be able to get any Shimano dealer to send it Madison.
I'm only in the UK for a short time so I dont want to be fannying around sending it off somewhere.
18 Bikes do Alfine servicing. Based in Hope, Peak District.

I think Edinburgh bicycle have the bits. From memory it's just stripping the guts out and dunking it in fluid
