I'm about to build up a 29er with 11spd.Alfine gearing and would like some help with chainring/sprocket sizes please,my other 29er has 26/38 chainrings and 12/36 cassette,i don't use top or bottom gear much so what would i need for a useable range of gears?

I found 32 up front and 22 rear spot on for a 29er on the Alfine 11

32 x 20 on 29er. 8spd though. No probs.
