Anyone running this? Quite like the look, ive seen hubs for £160, lever £80 for 8 speed...

You need hub rrp £200,Lever £100 or £250 drop bar,motor unit £100 and battery+charger £120 (not sure but I suspect you'll need to buy a wiring harness for £100 as well).

Yep. All of that, the hub must be the di2 hub. It's not possible to alter the standard 11 speed hub with the motor unit (even though this is available as a separate item) something about a return spring in one version and not in the other...

when do they launch mind control? I though the nice thing about the alfine was it had less exposed stuff to go wrong?

Does set-up not require the shimano software?

£200 for the hub?? Try £400, at least that's what I was told for the 11sp anyway.

I'm running an Alfine Di2 mark 2. It basically eliminates the issues with standard Di2. They upgraded to a cable so it won't run out of battery's. Seriously though, I'm all for progress, but a Di2 Alfine!!!!!! What's the point?
