Does anyone know how to get hold of the nuts for Shimano Afine axles withot having to buy the whole fitting kit? I mean the ones on the end that hold the whell in place (that have an annoyingly unique thread spacing!) Do the Nexus ones fit?
I think, if I remember right that they are BMX 3/8th axel nuts - which I found out after I bought the fitting kit (again).
Also I think it's SJS cycles that sell them seperate.
This was 2-3 years ago so I might be wrong, I don't know about the nexus ones fitting.
I think I've managed to answer my own question. It looks like the part number is Y 314 14010, which I put into Petra Cycles' ever useful search engine and out they popped :-)
That place is brilliant - will keep it on my radar for future purchases.
cheers
