What size do I need?  Any recommendations?

The guys at Sonder said an EC44/28.6 ZS44/40 was correct but I'm struggling to find something suitable..

Thanks in advance...

Im pretty sure all the Camino versions use the same drop-in bearings.

If you phone an alpkit shop, im pretty sure they have a pulldown on the computer that will let you buy a CC headset or FSA version.

Have you googled those bearing sizes with a bearing factor. Im sure a generic bearing of those dimensions would be fine.

I'm pretty sure my Camino is a V1 - kind of a Burgundy - non through axles etc.

Mine is a 44mm HT so running a tapered steerer I use an external 1.5'' Hope cup at the bottom and an inset 1 1/8'' up top.

Yup,I put a Hope mix and match set in mine.
The T47 BB on the latest frame was a bigger ambush #newstandards4all 😃

V1 here. I used a FSA orbit which has been faultless. I picked out the seals and filled the bearings with marine grease though. Don't know if it made any difference but its still smooth 3 or 4 years on.

Lesshaste,  like this?  44 Id cups, 1.5 bottom - 1 1/8" top.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/FSA-8Inches-1-5Inches-Tapered-Headset/dp/B07J54BBTF/ref=sr_1_23?crid=326SV8M1CWE86&keywords=Fsa+orbit&qid=1671732043&s=sports&sprefix=fsa+orbit%2Csports%2C193&sr=1-23

Is that a typo by the Sonder guy?  The pick and mix ones appear to be zero stack ZS44 upper and EC44/40 like this?  Nukeproof seem to be the same sizes too...

It's a NOS frameset so I don't have a headset fitted as a reference.  Got it for a reasonable price and wanted to use my 700c QR wheels on something .
