.... any particular reason not to?
The wife wants a bike, she pretty much wants a flat bar gravel type bike she can ride round the woods with the kids when they're on holidays and might even have a dabble at a local CX race next winter.
In lieu of another bike I thought I could just fit a pair of rigid forks to my Scott Scale and then have 2 bikes in one.
I've a pair of similar, bolt thru non boost ones sat in my shed. Had them on my general use MTB for a while. seem decent, stiff enough but not silly. the airwolf ones seemed a bit better than the tooseek type, they look kinda spindly.
so no, no reason not to. lots on here have had similar and have had no issues.
Do you have a link?
How much are they.?
What a2c length do you need?
These will be in a sale sooner or later
I saw those Selcof ones, Ac2, whatever a Fox 32SC 100mm fork is
