Hi

I was fitting a front guard onto my Fox 36 Float Factory Fork.

When I removed the air bleed valve I lost some oil from the fork in error. Probably about a circumference of a golf ball worth of oil.

Do I add Fox 20wt Gold oil back into the air bleed valve?

Thanks

I would. Either via the foot nut, or the hole it came out of

Depends on the damper and which side it is. One side uses Fox gold, the other uses damper fluid.

I would say no, it's probably overfilled anyway.

You might get a tiny bit out that's collected around the valve as it's run down but not the amount you describe.
