I've not been to glyncorrwg since the new climb for whites level was put in, does it still allow to link up for w2 now? If so does it change the distance much?
Also what the new whites descent like? Thanks...
It's all awesome and still links up. Go ride it and eat cake.
Did it at the weekend, goes up the old darkside descent and takes you up to the black run/windy point via a slightly boring fireroad section. It's a bit of a drag but not that bad.
New descent is fast as, just watch your speed as its still bedding in and there are a few sketchy corners

so what's Darkside like to climb, are people managing to clean it? I imagine it must be pretty hard and with quite a few steps to ride up?
They have made it somewhat easier by strategically placing rocks in some areas and giving a couple of different line options where there are the large slab drop offs
I did however meet two bikers (loose use of the term) coming down Darkside at speed last night, few choice words were exchanged!

The new descent is great. Very fast at points. Scarily so (for me at least)
