Anyone know if there's a uplift running at afan bike park ?
Don't think there's ever been an uplift there..
I don't think there has ever been one as Stevied says, It's more a skills loop than a bike park, only 1 minute runs tops. If you've got something you can pedal up the slight hill you'd be at the top in a minute or two.

Cwmcarn has one and that is not far away at all (we stop off there on the drive up)
Its possible to diy uplift there on a couple of the xc trails as there is a road to near the top. Take it in turns to drive. Not an epic downhill but fun enough. Cwncarn or bike park Wales are the main options in the area for man with a van uplift
