Looking to upgrade the stock fork on my 2012 Specialized Hardrock Disc (currently with 80mm but will take 100mm).

These are in budget (happy to go higher if its really worth it for this cheapish bike):

Manitou Minute Expert Forks 2012 (£179.99)

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=92191

Rockshox Recon Silver TK Crown Lockout 2013 (£112.49)

http://www.merlincycles.com/bike-shop/frame-forks/forks-shocks/rockshox-suspension-forks/rockshox-recon-silver-tk-crown-lockout-2013.html

Both seem to have fairly good reviews, anyone got either or opinion on them? Appreciate any help.

No experience with either of those but if I were spending £150-£200 is be looking at used. Saw a set of 454 Uturn pike like new go on the bay for £195 last week, 95-140 travel....meaning frame upgrade-a-bility for when you buy along travel steel HT.

2nd hand rebas would be another good bet if weight is am issue & your not wanting more than 100/120mm in the near future.
