Hi just looking for a bit of advice, currently ride mostly trail centres and a little bit of xc,ride a canyon spectral full Suss with 140 travel, weighs around 13.5 kgs, anyway have been talked into entering the bhf london to Paris off road in June and I'm wondering would I be ok on the spectral? Will prob fit xc tyres as currently have conti mountain king 2.2 fitted.
Has anyone done this event and got any advice?

I'd imagine the route will be tracks and paths, nothing to rough. Deff go with x/c tyres maybe even a semi slick. You can lock out the suspension front and rear on the Spectral ? if so I'd happily ride one.
Hi thanks for the reply,yes you can switch both front and back to climb,looking at pictures of last years event it was very muddy,so maybe semi slicks will not be ideal!
