ok.. this is probably the first week in 15 years (been moving logs!!) that I've not been to the boxing gym (usually go 2/3 times a week + a bit of running and of course the bike)... The effect is astounding and I'm a complete wreck here at work. I'm pacing up and down the office in some sort of adrenaline induced rage. I've already told a completely innocent client to sod off this morning and been trying to instigate arguments with anyone who comes close.
Can suddenly stopping exercises cause such a thing??
Nervous breakdown, too much adrenaline or something altogether more sinister?
