does anyone know of any adjustable angle Headsets for Headtubes with 44mm internal diameter top and bottom? tried Cane Creek but they don't have anything to fit.

K9 dont do a fitment for the 44mm HT i dont believe.
See if www.workscomponents.co.uk do one or will sell you two upper cups maybe from their tapered headset version?

Thanks for the Works Components link, they make a Kit for 44mm Headtubes [Top and Bottom] for 1 and 1.5 degree adjustment, really good company to deal with and very helpful.

Not suitable for you, but I've got the Works kit in my Hemlock and it's very nice.
