You can get disc adapters that are not permanent. Not as attractive but work and move with the axle. I've got one somewhere in my spares box.

Otherwise you need a slotted mount to allow for tensioning.

Plenty of frame builders will do that for you - Argos, Bob Jackson, Chas Roberts, Dave Yates etc. they'll probably also recommend a brace for strength.
