Purchase mail order from these guys. Seem to have been some pretty negative views re their customer service in the past. Any more recent experience to share?
I've ordered from them recently. Stuff didn't turn up after a week so emailed them. They reaponded quickly saying it was in the post and it did turn up the next day.
So not exactly amazon levels of service but it all worked out.
If they have an eBay store order through that. You have more come-back, and they have to be semi-efficient to get feedback. If not, go else where.
I've even ordered from Dave Hindes eBay store in the past!

they had some Tacx spares listed, ordered, half was delivered, half was refunded without issue as the part was not available,
stock on the website isn't live,
Similar experience, ordered from them and nothing turned up so emailed them and learned that when it says "in stock" on their website it doesn't necessarily mean that, and when your order says says "ready for dispatch" it doesn't necessarily mean that either - in my case it meant it would take 7-10 working days to get from their supplier. Other than that they were ok and it did come after 10 working days.
I've never had a bad experience with them (OK, so that's out of probably 3)
Did cross all available appendages while I presssed the buy button though
I had an awful experience with them, very rude on the phone, I wouldn't recommend them at all.
3 or 4 years ago,but complete tosser on the phone,nice as pie in shop face to face
