Afternoon, I've taken to using my Sj4000 as a dash cam on my bike 'just in case' but it turns out the battery life isn't quite enough for the full distance when I take it steady.
It currently running on the original 900mah battery, and I've seen some on ebay that are claiming 1100mah, but I assume this is tosh?
Any recommendations for another reasonably cheap camera that will last 2 full hours even in cold weather?
Or if the 1100 mah batteries are legit?
Shimano CM-1000 can be had on ebay for about £90 - definitely a long enough battery life. Same fitting as GoPro, so lots of options.
Image quality isn't the best, but if it's 'just in case', as mine is, it should do the job.
If it's something cheaper you're after, I think you'd have to look at non-HD ones.
