Does anyone do this for their winter (road) bike? Its great stuff for a motorbike but it could work for pushbikes. The salt wreaks havoc on my commuter.
Can't see why it's not more popular for MTBs/cycles to be honest...
great product, does a fine job as you seem to be aware.
Amazing stuff. Don’t get it on your braking surfaces.

Are we talking about using it as an external treatment? I used Dinitrol ML inside the tubes of my Swift but have always relied on the paint protecting the outside.
ACF-50 is for corrosion/metal based products. Bolts, cable, cranks, hubs brackets etc.
just wipe off the excess and you'll be reet.
I quite fancy trying this:Â https://www.lanoguard.co.uk/collections/marine/products/lanoguard-marine-liquid
FS365 is absolute rubbish compared to ACF50. Sure, it's cheaper, but you need to reapply so often that the saving's gone in no time, a tin of acf lasts for ages.
Incidentally, if you have a compressor, a bottle of the liquid acf50 fired out of a paraffin gun gives a much finer mist and covers much better without the foam and mess.
If you can excuse the gratuitous swearing, this is the video that convinced me ACF50 was the best thing for protecting the bike:
